A contract will be created that outlines the services I will provide for you; and any information, keys or files that you will provide to me so that I can complete the project.

A deposit of 50% of the project fee, or two-weeks of the estimated hourly fee, will be requested at the signing of the contract.

Project-based invoices will be sent once the project is completed. Hourly based projects will be sent at the end of each week for the work performed during that week.

Payment is requested within 10 (ten) business days after receipt of the invoice. If a payment is not paid within 10 (ten) business days, then no further services will be performed until payment is received.

Communication is the key to the success of any project. Please contact me when you have questions, and with feedback on the materials that I provide to you. We can address any challenges or change of direction immediately if we stay in touch.

You must own your website name and logo, and the domain name must be purchased, registered, and Google Owner Verified. I am happy to set this up with you, if you need.

I will submit the prototype mock-ups to you for approval, and I will make any changes necessary to assure your approval. Once the design is approved, I will begin coding the pages with content, stylesheets, and appropriate interaction programming.

There will be three rounds of testing. I will have three members of my team and at least one member of your team involved in the testing. This is to assure that all of your pages look great on various devices and at various sizes. It will also assure that any interactive parts are flowing smoothly.

Once the final round is completed, the site will be presented for final approval.

After approval, I will update the recaptcha codes with your codes, add any company emails that were not tested previously. Then I will remove the entire site from my test site and upload all files to your web hosting site so that the website can be seen "live", and I will run one final test to assure that your site still looks good after the transition.
